Why this stage bleeds

Reflow is a black art: multi-zone thermal profiles must melt paste into decade-reliable joints across boards of wildly different thermal mass. Profiles are hand-built, frozen, and drift invisibly until AXI or the field finds it.

Reflux fuses oven telemetry, board thermal signatures, and downstream AXI outcomes to predict joint formation and autonomously tune ramp, soak, time-above-liquidus, peak, cooling, and atmosphere per board and lot.
